Digital Goods Policy

All products sold on BotSpot are digital goods (AI agents, bots, skills, and configurations). Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is more restrictive than physical goods.

Important:

Once you download a digital product, refunds are generally not available. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

When Refunds Are Available

We may issue refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  • Corrupted or Non-Functional Files

    If the downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or completely non-functional as described.

  • Misrepresented Products

    If the product significantly differs from the description, capabilities, or compatibility information provided.

  • Technical Download Issues

    If you experience technical issues preventing successful download despite multiple attempts.

  • Duplicate Purchases

    If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times.

When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your specific AI platform (if clearly stated)
  • Lack of technical skills to use the product
  • Products that work as described but don't meet expectations
  • Requests made after the 7-day dispute window
  • Products that have been successfully downloaded and used

Dispute Process

Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@botspot.store within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide Details: Include your order ID, product name, and detailed description of the issue
  3. Evidence Required: Provide screenshots, error messages, or other evidence supporting your claim
  4. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. Decision: We'll notify you of our decision and any refund amount

Time Limits

7-Day Dispute Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests after this period will not be considered.

The 7-day period starts from the date of purchase, not the date of download. We recommend reviewing products promptly after purchase.

Refund Method

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Processing Time: May vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit as an alternative.

Platform Fees: Transaction fees charged by Razorpay may not be refundable.

Download Limits

Each purchase allows a maximum of 5 downloads. This policy exists to:

  • Prevent unlimited distribution of digital products
  • Protect creator intellectual property
  • Maintain fair marketplace practices

If you exhaust your download limit without receiving working files, contact support immediately for assistance.

Dispute Resolution

First Contact: We recommend contacting the creator directly for minor issues or questions about product functionality.

Escalation: If the creator cannot resolve your issue, escalate to BotSpot support with your communication history.

Final Decision: BotSpot reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund requests based on evidence and policy.
